Ez az eljárás az átvételi nyilatkozat kitöltését írja le, amellyel dokumentálható egy tétel vagy munka átvétele. Végigvezeti az átvevőt a tétel megnevezésén, az átvett dolog leírásán, az átvétel időpontján, az átvevő nevén és aláírásán.
