AHU Quarterly Preventive Maintenance

Tasks typically include cleaning or replacing filters, checking fan belts and motors, inspecting coils for dirt or damage, verifying electrical connections, and testing system controls. Regular quarterly PM helps prevent breakdowns, extends equipment lifespan, and maintains optimal HVAC performance.

AHU Quarterly Preventive Maintenance

    While unit is running check for noise and vibration. List them below

    Lock out/tag out

    Lock out all energy scoures

    Air Filters Area

    Mark which one you did below

    Coils and compartment

    Hot and Cold water coils and their compartments

    Mark what was done below

    Blower wheel and motor section

    Actuators

    Check all Actuators for proper operation.

    Command them by computer visibly watching there full range of motion.

    VFD Drive

    Inspect and clean

    Clean the area

    Clean the area around the unit

    Remove lock out/tag out

    Remove lock and tags off all energy sources

    Before restoring power

    Recheck inside and around all compartments to ensure everything is removed from areas—tools, rags, gloves, etc.

    Turn main power back on

    While unit is running check for noise and vibration. List them below
