Lock out all energy scoures

• Main power disconnect

• Hot and cold water manual valves

• Blower wheel

Mark which one you did below

• Check the light bulb in the compartment. Replace if needed

• The filters and the compartments are very clean. Did not change the filter or clean the filter compartment

• The filters are discolored but still good. Did not change the filter or clean the filter compartment

• The filters are dirty. Changed filters and vacuumed out the compartment.

• AHU is an OAHU. Filters are to be changed, and the compartment is to be vacuumed every time PM is performed.

Mark what was done below

• Check the light bulb in the compartment. Replace if needed

• The hot water coil and compartment are clean

• The cold water coil and compartment are clean.

• The hot water coil and compartment are slightly dirty. Just vacuumed coils and area and disinfected the area.

• The cold water coil and compartment are slightly dirty. Just vacuumed coils and area

• The hot water coils and compartment are dirty. Washed down everything with cleaner and disinfected the area.

• The cold water coil and compartment are dirty. Washed down everything with cleaner and disinfected.

• Cleaned condensate pan and drain line. Should be done on every unit.

Command them by computer visibly watching there full range of motion.

• Hot water actuators

• Cold water actuators

• Cold deck By-pass actuators

• Outside air damper actuator

• Return air damper actuator

• Exhaust damper actuator

Inspect and clean

• Inspect all wiring and components for any issues

• Use the air compressor to clean out the compartment and cooling fan module.

Clean the area around the unit

• Check the light fixture around the unit. replace light bulbs if needed

• Remove all tools from inside and around unit

• Pick up all trash in and around the unit.

• Close all doors and secure all latches

• Sweep and mop the floor around the unit.

Remove lock and tags off all energy sources

• Blower wheel

• Hot and cold water manual valves

• Main power disconnect

Turn main power back on

• Run the unit and check proper operations via the computer.

While unit is running check for noise and vibration. List them below
