Inventory Check Procedure

Use this checklist for the correct steps on how to properly check your inventory and how to add parts to it.

Adding a Part to the Inventory Check

Steps

Go to the "Edit" menu of the WO
Scroll down to the "Parts" section
Add a new part by searching for the name/part number/bin/area
Add a quantity of "0"
Update the WO

Inventory Check

Inventory Check Logic

If the inventory on MX is lower than it should be (you need to add items to MX), enter a negative (-) amount of part to the WO
If the inventory on MX is higher than it should be (you need to remove items from MX), enter a positive amount of part to the WO

Upon WO completion, the inventory will be updated
