Inspecting the scale for water under load plate can help reduce risk of unscheduled downtime, maximize equipment efficiency and prolongs the lifespan of the equipment.

    *** LOTO Confirmation Statement - DO NOT EDIT/REMOVE ***

    All hazardous energy has been isolated using LOTO procedures?

    All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?

    Inspect under the load plate for water around the load cells

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    After inspection for water...

    Remove LOTO, turn on scale, test display.
