C500 Bi-Weekly Filter Change

C500 Stacker Cabinet Chiller

• Remove the 3 panel covers, see photo #1

• Using compressed air, blow out the fan and cooling fins as shown in photo #2

• Cut new piece of 8”x8” filter media and install (blue side goes away from the machine) see photo #3

• Reinstall the covers, filter change has now been completed.

C500 Dryer Control Cabinet filters

• There are 3 12”x12” filters that need to be changed

• Gently pull the blue tab on the filter cover to open up the filter compartment. See photo #1

• Remove old filter 12”x12” filter, install new 12”x12” filter.

• Close filter compartment. Repeat till all 3 filters have been changed.

C500 Dryer Cooling Unit

• Remove the screws holding the covers in place. See photo #1

• Pull pins to release the covers, then remove covers. See photo #2

• Remove the 70”x61” filter, and install a new 70”x61” filter

• Reinstall covers in reverse of removal process.

C500 Dryer Cassette Filters

• There are 12 4”x4” filters to replace on the operator side of the dryer cassettes. See attached photo.

• No tools required, simply pull of 4”x4” filter out, and install new 4”x4” filter.

• Repeat 2nd step 12 times.

C500 Blower VFD

• Locate the C500 blower VFD. See photo #1

• Replace the 4”x7” filter with a new 4”x7” filter. See photo #2

End of PM

• Dispose of used filters correctly, ensuring you do not track dust throughout production.

• Clean up all messes you have made.

• Clean up all tools used, and return to there designated areas.

• Generate Work Orders for any issues that need to be repaired/corrected.

• PM now complete.
