Oven is cleaned (inside and out)
Cooking range: all burners operate well
Blender is in good working order for pureed foods
Range hood exhaust fan is operational: motor runs, no loud noise, light bulb not exceeding wattage, use compact fluorescent if possible
Exhaust filters are clean: grill clean, Fan motor blades clean
Refrigerator is clean inside
Food is stored correctly (sealed & labeled)
Refrigerator - Back/bottom & coils are clean, drain pan is empty. Vacuum any exposed coils underneath
Freezer is clean and food is labeled

Cabinets are free of smudges, dirt, etc.
All chemicals and knives are locked up appropriately
