Winter Service SB 365 Day Service
This winter service inspection is used to prepare SB 365 buses for cold-weather operation between September 1 and November 30. Complete the checklist to verify air systems, heating, cooling, wipers, and coolant systems are functioning properly and ready for winter conditions.

Winter Service SB 365 Day Service
Service from Sept 1st to Nov 30th
1. Tanks- drain all air from tanks
Inspect tanks for rust
if the answer is "oneOf [FLAG]"
Explain reason for Flag
Inspect air lines for rubbing, missing clamps
2. Replace air drier
Test for leaks with soap and water spray
3. Heat Functions-
Inspect drivers area HVAC filters and clean/replace as needed
Ensure passenger heat functions work
4. Coolant leaks-
Pressure test cooling system and inspect for leaks.
Check hose clamps for looseness
Check coolant level
5. Washers/wipers-
Ensure wipers contact entire windshield and are streak free
Ensure wipers are in good working condition
Ensure washer nozzles work and are pointed correctly
6. Engine coolant-
Test coolant quality and freeze protection with test strip OAT and record here
Ensure coolant level is correct
