Commercial Cannabis Inspection Checklist

The following checklist is for a pre-cultivation inspection for an issued Annual Cannabis Permit (ACP). This inspection shall occur within 30 days from the date of issuance of the ACP and shall be prior to planting. A passing inspection shall be received prior to start of cannabis cultivation activities. An additional post-cultivation inspection will also be required during the cultivation season that will be completed randomly by the Cannabis Compliance Division.
