SOP 14 - Baghouse and Dust Collection systems inspection

    Thoroughly inspect bags (Revisar todas las bolsas con cuidado)

    Check all ducts for dust buildup (Revisar todos los ductos por acumulacion de polvos)

    Observe damper valves for proper seating (Observar las valvulas de supresion y correcto posicionamiento)

    Check gaskets on all doors (Revisar el correcto sellado de todas las puertas)

    Inspect paint on baghouse (Revisar pintura en el baghouse)

    Calibrate opacity monitor (Calibrar el monitor de opacidad)

    Inspect baffle plate for wear (Inspeccionar placa deflectora por señales de uso)
