Daily inspection of your equipment to ensure proper working condition and help prolong life span.
Lock Out Tag Out
Perform LOTO as necessary
Verify the Reflective Tape is in place on the Re-flective Tape Mounting Bracket.
Rotate Heater Bar Teflon sheet if necessary if no longer rotates replace. if teflon tape is burnt, replace.
Inspect the Teflon® Tape on the Obstruction Sens-ing Jaw. Tape should be free from residue of film or ribbon.
Inspect all air lines and electrical wires for any sign of damage.
Clean guide rollers as necessary
Clean the contact area of the Brake Strap with Isopropyl Alcohol.
Remove LOTO and return to service.
