Bushes & Trees-do they need trimmed?
Trash cans-Are they full?
Trash/debris picked up?
Signage look good?
Is the parking lot clean?
Does parking lot need repairs? Potholes?
Are parking lot lights on?
Are building flood & soffit lights working?
Floors/Steps/Ramps/Railings/Light fixtures/Ceiling in good condition?
Paint/Fence/Roof/Trees/ other exterior items of note?
Is Marketing sign clean & up right?
Are the windows clean?
Is tenant space presentable in window?
Any potential hazards? Electrical/fire? Leaks/water?
Anything else that needs to be fixed on this property?
