This procedure is a regular inspection of your building or facility's floor slab. This will help identify parts that would need repair and proper maintenance.

    Identify instances of surface spawling needing repair in sq. ft.

    Identify joint failures needing replacement in lineal ft.

    Lineal feet of expansion joint needing caulking in lineal ft.

    Lineal Feet of construction joints needing repair. Joints may need saw cutting & new armor installed.

    Identify any previous joint repairs needing to be redone in lineal ft

    Identify any joints around building columns needing to be redone, list # of columns.

    If aggregate is showing at the surface, identify how much in sq. ft.

    If there is corrosion from acid spills, identify the sq. ft. affected.

    Identify any cracks 1/9" wide or greater and list size of affected area in lineal ft.

    Identify any cracks or exp joints where the slab elevation on one side is more than 1-16" higher than the other side and list size of area affected in lineal ft.

    Identify any construction joints where the slab elev on one side is more than 1-16" higher than the other side and list size of area affected in lineal ft.

    Verify all embed anglese around the dock pits are still securely anchored into the slab. List Door #'s of any not secured.
