Ongoing pallet wrapper maintenance is critical and ensures safe operation, optimal performance, and longevity of your machine.

All hazardous energy has been isolated using LOTO procedures?
All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?
Lock Out Tag Out
Perform LOTO as required
Clean film forming plows of any build up
Check side seal belts and tracking wheels for buildup, clean as necessary.
Check infeed and discharge belts for wear and proper tracking. adjust as necessary.
Check the Teflon tapes on cross seal assembly. replace as necessary
Check integrity of seal pads, replace as necessary.
Inspect and clean Side Seal Belts
Inspect 10 mill separator material and seal pad on side seal.
