John Ross & Sons Daily Forklift Checklist

This procedure is the daily pre-operation inspection of a forklift, covering fluid levels, brakes, steering, lights, horn, backup alarm, mast chains, hoses, attachments and fork pins. It also checks for leaks, the condition of the nameplate, and whether a fire extinguisher and grease gun are available.
