Are fire hazards controlled?
Are oily rag containers used and emptied daily?
Is good housekeeping performed?
Is adequate lighting provided?
Is adequate ventilation provided?
Are fuels and lubricants in proper containers?
Are fire extinguisher(s) provided, and with the proper type and rating?
Are ample absorbent materials available and in use?
