New Mixer Shaft Replacement

This procedure helps in safely and effectively replacing a damaged or worn mixer shaft to restore proper mixing performance and prevent equipment failure.

    Prepare Tank For Removal

    Removing Tank From Base

    Lay Tank On It's Side

    Remove Sheave

    Measure Bearing Placement

    Un-bolt Bearings

    Remove Shaft

    Install New Bearings On New Shaft

    Install New Shaft

    Stand Tank UP

    Set Tank And connections.

    Test And Turn Over
