HV Enclosure Maintenance Procedure

Regular adherence to this procedure aids in preventing malfunctions, extending equipment life, and maintaining a secure operational environment.

Disconnect power from enclosure before opening.

Remove bolts and re-apply anti-seize compound.

Inspect inside of enclosure for evidence of moisture, corrosion on electrical components /connections, and moisture droplets. If moisture droplets are found, determine source of moisture intrusion and correct before continuing procedure.

. Replace/install new corrosion inhibitor “puck” and desiccant bag.

Verify that enclosure o-ring is not damaged and seated in groove properly. Replace if in question

Close cover door and re-install bolts. Torque bolts to 65 lb-ft evenly in minimum of 2 increments
