    • MAINTAIN THROUGHOUT SHIFT

    • Opening Manager Validation all tasks completed

      • Specialty Board / Fry Station

      • BEFORE 11PM

      • BREAKDOWN/CLEAN & SANITIZE SPECIALTY BOARD

      • BREAKDOWN FRYER AREA (ONCE DAILY)

      • MAINTAIN THROUGHOUT SHIFT
