    Wear appropriate PPE

    Put on any and all PPE required above before proceeding.

    Lock/Tag Out Electrical Disconnect

    if the answer is "noneOf [Yes]"

    You Must Lock/Tag Disconnect before proceeding.

    Screen guard is free and clear of any debris.

    Remove any and all debris from screen guard.

    Check mounting bolts.

    Tighten any loose fasteners to appropriate torque ratings.

    Inspect bearings. Ensure good condition is present.

    Replace the bearing(s).

    Grease Bearings.

    Explain why grease was not applied.

    Inspect belt(s) for cracks, stretching or wear.

    Replace belt(s) immediately.
