Inspection Procedure (Hydraulic Drive Oil Change)

• Undo sealing cap with the universal spanner and remove it (Picture 1 above)

• Remove the housing cover on the rear of the machine

• Undo drain screw (Picture 2 above) on the underside of the tank and drain off the used oil. Then screw the drain screw tight

• There is a return filter with an exchangeable filter cartridge next to the tank

• Undo the assembly bolt for return filter and replace the filter cartridges (#1 in picture below)

• Screw the return filter back up tightly

• Fill the tank with fresh oil through the filling opening (#1 in picture below) to flush the tank and then drain this oil off again

• Fill the tank with fresh oil through the filling opening and use the dipstick to check the oil level

• Put the housing cover back on

• Remove the vacuum pump from the Vemag Cabinet

• Replace the air deoiler element (Picture above)
