NOTE: Setup task as a weekly PM that must be performed via checklist daily. Do not setup a daily recurring PM that will be too much admin.
ENERGY CONTROL PROGRAM
Perform LOTO in accordance with the LOTO Risk Assessment
Empty lint collector bag or can.

Clean exhaust blower fan.
Clean lint and remove all foreign objects from blower fan. This fan is dynamically balanced and any build-up of lint or foreign material (mop strings, towel shreds, etc.) will cause vibration and shorten motor bearing life.
Unlock and open blower door for access.
Clean both temperature probes.
Clean both temperature probes so they will be sensitive to temperature change. For access to probes unlock and open blower door.Â
Clean combustion fan screen.
Clean combustion air filter. Use hand or shop towel to wipe lint off of the screen surface while dryer is IDLE. (Not running)Â
Check/Drain air line filter.
Check air line filter and bleed off accumulated water and sediment.Â
Clean around and under dryer.
Clean floor around and under dryer.
