Monthly Static Grounding System Inspection
Monthly Static Grounding System Inspection is a scheduled evaluation of grounding components used to safely dissipate static electricity in flammable or sensitive environments. It involves checking the integrity of clamps, conductors, and bonding connections to ensure proper electrical continuity and compliance with safety standards. Regular monthly inspections help prevent static discharge incidents, reduce fire and shock risks, and maintain safe, uninterrupted operations across industrial settings.

LED Light
Ensure the LED (green light) on the wall-mounted enclosure is pulsing continuously, indicating a valid ground connection (resistance of 10 ohms or less).
LED Light
Visibility
Confirm the LED is clearly visible to operators, especially in the context of the specific application and environment.
LED Visibility
Obstructions
Check if any product deposits or other materials are covering or impairing visibility of the LED.
LED Obstructions
Clamp Connection
Visually verify that the Bond-Rite clamp is securely attached to the equipment being grounded.
Clamp Connection
Cable Condition
Check for any visible damage, wear, or fraying on the spiral cable
Cable Condition
Cable Connections
Ensure all quick connects are properly attached to the clamp and the indicator station.
Cable Connections
Stowage Pin
Confirm the clamp is returned to the integrated stowage pin when not in use.

Enclosure Integrity
Visually inspect the enclosure for any physical damage or signs of environmental ingress (e.g., moisture)

Battery Status (if applicable)
If the system is battery-powered, check for any low battery indicators. Replace batteries as indicated and/or required. If not applicable, select PASS
