Lock Out Instructions

• Pull down Grey handle to ensure power unit is shut off

• Use your black issued lock to prevent some one from turning the power unit back on

Stack Table

• Grease roller bearings

• Inspect frame for cracks

• Inspect cylinders for leaks

• Inspect hydraulic hoses for damage/leaks

• Inspect rolls for damage

Drop Stacker

• Clean and oil leadscrews

• inspect for cracks

• inspect roll bearings

• Check chains for damage, lube as needed

Strip Stacker

• Clean and oil divider gibs

• Clean and oil backstop slide bard and arm slides

Part diverter

• Clean and oil leadscrews

• Lube chains

• Check chain tensioner
