This procedure outlines the steps for the yearly replacement of a vaporizer, ensuring safe removal and installation, followed by functionality checks and final sign-off.
Preparation
Make sure the vaporizer is completely powered down before beginning the replacement process.
Unplug the vaporizer from the power source to ensure safety during replacement.
Vaporizer Removal
Remove the vaporizer from its housing
Carefully detach the vaporizer from its mounting or housing.
Check for any visible damage or wear
New Vaporizer Installation
Install the new vaporizer into the housing
Securely fit the new vaporizer into its designated place.
Plug the vaporizer back into the power source.
Post-Installation Checks
Is the vaporizer functioning correctly after installation?
Describe any issues encountered during installation
