Complete other PMs.

• Weekly PM complete.

• 6-Month PM complete.

• 12-Month PM complete.

If belts have not been replaced in past 24 months, then replace.

• Belts have been changed in the last 24 months and are inspected weekly.

• Belts have not been changed in the past 24 months. Open a corrective work order to change the belts.

Inspect the non-return flap for wear and tightness.

• The flap has no damage and no hardening. Continue using.

• The flap is damaged or hardened. Open a corrective work order to replace the flap.

Inspect flexible pipelines.

• Inspect flexible pipe connections for tightness. If there are leaks, then open a corrective work order to replace the seals or bushings.

• Inspect the flexible pipe. If cracked, torn, or more than 6 years old, then open a corrective work order to replace the flexible pipes and connections.

Drain the Delta Lube 06 oil.

• Allow oil to cool down to ambient temperature to prevent damage to equipment and risk of injury to partners.

• Drain oil using the drain hose connected to the drain valve. Collect waste oil and dispose of it in an environmentally-friendly manner.

• Place the sealing cap back onto the drain valve when complete. Close the collection container. Wipe down the workspace thoroughly.

Fill the Delta Lube 06 oil.

• Fill oil using a funnel connected to the oil inlet. Ensure the ventilation pipe on the oil filling container is not obstructed.

• Fill with 3/4 of a liter (3 cups) of oil. Wait 10 minutes for oil to flow inside machinery.

• Check the oil level on the machine/compressor oil level sight glass. Adjust the oil to the correct level.

• Close the oil container. Wipe down the workspace thoroughly.
