• Clean all glass doors -remove smudges/fingerprints

• Vacuum Entry Mats

• Sweep entry stairs

Entrance Area- WEEKLY

• Remove Mats to Deep/Heavy Mop

• Clean Glass door frames/ledges

Trash Removal- DAILY

• Empty and clean all waste receptacles

• Dispose of waste and recycle materials

• Take all waste material to designated dumpsters

• Replace trash liners daily or as needed- Double bag all cans

• Replace trash liners in kitchen area daily- Double bag all cans

Activities Rooms - DAILY

• Vacuum Carpeted Area Daily

• Wipe Down table - Reposition Neatly

• Wipe down chairs- Reposition Neatly

• Clean Windowsills

• Throw away miscellaneous trash on ground

• Put away/move to the side (some) left out items

Corridors-DAILY

• Flat Mop Floors to Sweep

• Damp Mop Floors - Using Neutral Cleaner

Kitchen/Dinette - DAILY

• Lightly organize horizontal surfaces (as needed)

• Wipe down all horizontal surfaces

• Wipe down refrigerator as needed

• Wipe down oven/toaster oven as needed

• Flat Mop Kitchen

Kitchen/Dinette-Weekly

• Deep Mop -including all corners

• Broom Down Spider Webs

• Wipe Down Front of Cabinents

• Clean out refrigerator

Gym

• Pick Up any trash

• Empty trash can and replace can liner

• Flat Mop Floors with Floor Cleaner provided by Boys and Girls Club

Restrooms

• Clean all mirrors

• Wash and disinfect all basins, shower stalls, urinals, and bowls. (Underside of rims on urinals and bowls) using non- abrasive cleaner to remove stains

• Damp-wash all stainless-steel partition walls and doors, tile walls, and outside surface of all chrome dispensers and receptacles. Do not leave oily film on any stainless steel or chrome components. Empty and sanitizer all trash and sanitary receptacles

• Wash and disinfect both sides of all toilet seats and chrome handles, valves and piping. Do not use abrasive cleaner on chrome fixtures

• Wash disinfect and remove all water spots from countertops, faucets and handles.

• Fill toilet tissue, soap, paper towel, sanitary bins. Do not overstock or put extra supplies on top of counters or dispensers.

• Wipe clean and polish all door hardware, including push plates, handles knobs, and kick plates.

• Remove finger marks, smudges, or stains from wall surfaces, light switches, partitions, doors, etc

• Dump at least one gallon of hot water with disinfectant down each floor drain and wipe clean each floor grill

• Clean and restock bathrooms, to include floors, toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and walls. Replace toilet paper, soap dispensers,and paper towels nightly to ensure that we have paper supplies for the next day. Dispensers are monitored daily.

Annual Cleaning

• Scrubbing and professionally waxing all hard surface floors when scheduled by bgcwpa clubhouse leadership.

• Scheduled the Shampooing of carpets. In preschool classrooms, shampoo rugs 2 times per year.

Common Areas

• Wipe clean with damp or treated cloth all accumulated dust or dirt on furniture, file cabinets, overhead cabinets, shelves, window sills, chairs, tables, workstation tables tops.

• Remove all fingermarks, smugges, and stains from doors, door frames, light switches, with appropriate cleansers without removing paint or wall coverings

• Clean all glass windows and doorways through out the building (TWICE A WEEK)

• Spot clean all fabric furniture (WEEKLY)

• Empty trash throughout the facility at take to the dumpster provided
