Inspection of Steel Members of the Steel Frame and Housing:
Check for any signs of damage caused by impact, being hit or bumped into.
Look for any bending, twisting, or changes in shape of the beams and columns that could make them less effective or unsafe.
Look for areas where material has build up, paint has chipped off, or rust is forming.
Housing siding should be properly attached in place with no detached or loose pieces.
Inspection of Connections of the Structural Support Frame and Housing:
Pay special attention to the connections for any small cracks that might appear because of regular movement, or vibration.
Check that all bolts are properly in place, and none are missing.
Check that bolts are not rusted, loose, and there is no build up around it.
Check that welds are even and unbroken.
Steel plates in the joints should not have any tears near the bolt holes, shouldn't be covered in dirt or rust.
