WW PM 12-Month EQ Tank T-1 Tec Tank

The 12-Month PM according to the Steel Tank Institute / Steel Plate Fabricators Association (STI/SPFA) for the EQ tank manufactured by Tec Tank. Quality inspection determines and verifies the quality level of the products to ensure that the results of the manufacturing process are the same as expected.

    Food Safety Pre-Check

    Complete PMs.

    Inspect the tank walls, heads, and roof for coating failure, buckling, denting, or bulging, free standing water. Inspect all labels and tags are legible. If Flag or Fail, upload photo and explain in notes. Open a corrective work order.

    Inspect normal and emergency vents for screen coverings and no obstructions. Verify components are moving freely. If Flag or Fail, upload photo and explain in notes. Open a corrective work order.

    Fault found. Open a corrective work order.

    Inspect the concrete foundation and bollards for tank settlement, washout, cracking, and spalling. Inspect supports and anchors for corrosion or loose fittings. If Flag or Fail, upload photo and explain in notes. Open a corrective work order.

    Inspect panel / chime joints, manway covers, piping joints, gaskets, and attachment bolts for wear, damage, leaks, or corrosion. If Flag or Fail, upload photo and explain in notes. Open a corrective work order.

    Inspect and test the tank level transmitter for power, communication, and overfill alarm. If Flag or Fail, upload photo and explain in notes. Open a corrective work order.
