Monthly Wax Line Preventive Maintenance
This procedure outlines the monthly maintenance tasks for inspecting and ensuring the proper functioning of the Wax Line's components, including the feeder bowl, vibrators, air lines, feed wheel, drive mechanism, safety guards, electrical panel, conveyor system, and wax shelter.
Feeder Bowl Inspection
Inspect the Feeder Bowl for Cracks and vibratory action
Vibrators Check
Check that the Vibrators are working correctly
Air Lines and Regulators Inspection
Inspect the Air lines and regulators for any replacements needed
Feed Wheel and Line Belt Condition
Check the condition of the Feed wheel and Line belt
Recommend replacements if in poor condition
Drive Mechanism and Wax shelter
Inspect the condition of the Drive mechanism for the belt and the Wax flow conditions
Inspect the integrity of all wax pipes and hoses
Machine Safety Guards Check
Check the integrity of the machine safety guards
Main Electrical Panel Inspection
Inspect the Main Electrical Panel
Check the Line for exposed/burnt wiring
Inspect the Condition of the Band wheels & return Conveyor System
Belts, wheels checks
Check tightness of bolts & nuts in sequence
Inspect the Induction Heating conditions
Inspect for leaks
Check for errant and loose connection Wires
Blow out Unit with compressed Air and clean out filters
