A post trip vehicle inspection is required to be completed at the end of each shift to assure the vehicle is in sound condition and can be returned to service the follow day.

A post trip vehicle inspection is required to be completed at the end of each shift to assure the vehicle is in sound condition and can be returned to service the follow day.
Operational Condition
Warning Lights - If warnings light of any nature are illuminated, select the Fail Button below, otherwise select the Pass Button
Report of Operational Concerns - If you experience any concerns while operating the vehicle, note in the text box below
Interior Inspection
No passengers remain on board the vehicle
No personal items were left by passengers
The vehicle is clean and free of any trash or liquids
Assure there is no sign of fresh interior damage. Note any finding in the text box below
All windows are in closed
The parking brake is engaged
Exterior Inspection
Body Damage - Walk around the vehicle and inspect for fresh body damage. Note any findings in the text box below.
Visually inspect tire inflation - If tire appear to be under inflated, select the Fail Button, otherwise select Pass.
Test all doors to assure they are locked, if not lock the doors, and select Pass. If the vehicle cannot be secured select FaiL
Driver Atestation
End of Day Milage Enter the odometer reading below
Today's Date and Time
I attest the action required have been completed and the inspection of the vehcile was performed as required
