Post Trip Vehicle Inspection

A post trip vehicle inspection is required to be completed at the end of each shift to assure the vehicle is in sound condition and can be returned to service the follow day.

    Operational Condition

    Warning Lights - If warnings light of any nature are illuminated, select the Fail Button below, otherwise select the Pass Button

    Interior Inspection

    No passengers remain on board the vehicle

    Exterior Inspection

    Body Damage - Walk around the vehicle and inspect for fresh body damage. Note any findings in the text box below.

    Visually inspect tire inflation - If tire appear to be under inflated, select the Fail Button, otherwise select Pass.

    Test all doors to assure they are locked, if not lock the doors, and select Pass. If the vehicle cannot be secured select FaiL
