Front Camera Installation

• Remove headliner access panel

• Remove Driver side speaker and let it hang

• Remove driver side headliner bolts above driver door.

• Drill out marker light housing and cab hole using a half inch drill bit. Use a boring bit to smooth out edge on the cab.

• Run Camera cable out of the marker light (shown above) and reinstall.

• Using a 3/16 drill bit and drill out cab for camera bracket. Mount using m4 socket head screws on the outside and m4 nuts from the inside of cab.

• Run the cable from the access panel all the way around to the rear driver upright.

• Use fish tape to run wire from driver upright to access hole in doghouse. (pic above). This is a good time to run the cable for the driver side view as well so you won't have to do this twice.

Driver Side Mount Installation

• Drill a hole with a 1/2 drill bit. Use a boring tool to smooth out the edges.

• Add a 1/2 inch grommet to the hole you just drilled

• Run camera cable through the hole and grommet. This procedure should have been done with the forward facing camera.

• If not already complete fish the cable through to the doghouse opening.

• If needed you can also loosen or remove the seatbelt mounting bolt to help with access.

• Drill out the long end of the angle bracket with a 1/4 drill bit. Drilling out the existing hole.

• Drill out the short end of the angle bracket with a 21/64 drill bit.

• Remove the camera from its mounting bracket and install the camera bracket on the angle bracket long end. Use 1/4 x 3/4 inch bolts with washers and lock nuts for this.

• Remove the top bolt for the handle on the side of cab.

• Mount the short end of the angle bracket to the bolt removed in the previous step. Use the same bolt that you removed.

• Fill the gap in the grommet with sealant

Passenger Side Mount Camera

• Follow same procedures as the driver side camera install.

• You will have to fish the cable to the doghouse access hole. Same as the other camera cables.

Rear Facing Camera Mount

• Start with finding a safe place to mount the camera. All pumps are a little different so there is no set procedure on this. We want the hopper lid to protect the camera when on a jobsite and have it visible when driving. Make sure the lid won't damage the camera when it is opened.

• Run the cable down to the inside of the truck frame. use zip ties to secure cable.

• Install the extension cable into the 1/4 conduit.

• Every unit should come with one extension cable. When the camera cable runs out you will then connect this cable and continue to run it down the inside passenger frame rail. Again use plenty of zip ties to secure it.

• Jack the cab over and note the rubber grommet in the lower passenger corner. See picture above. This is where you will be fishing the cable up and through to the doghouse.

• Cut a small hole in the grommet just large enough to feed the cable through.

• Run fish tape through the access on the front right corner of the doghouse down to the grommet in the lower corner of the cab, and fish the cable up through to the doghouse.

Wiring Harness Connector

• Find a terminal that has constant power with the ignition key off. This is where the yellow wire will go.

• Find a terminal that has power when the ignition is turned on. You will connect the red wire to this terminal.

• Find the reverse terminal. This is labeled on the terminal strip. Connect the white wire to this terminal.

• Find a ground terminal. Connect the black wire to this terminal.

• The purple and brown wires are not used. please clip them off and protect the ends from contacting anything in the doghouse.

• Connect the camera cables to the harness and configure in the correct orientation. (right on right, left on left, front on top, and rear on the bottom)

Mount The Display

• Set the doghouse cover back in place. Find a good area on the cover to mount the display. Note the under side of the doghouse as well that there are no obstructions for the mounting bolts.

• Remove the doghouse cover after marking the desired display mounting bracket hole locations.

• Drill out the holes with a 3/16 drill bit.

• Install the display mount using m4 socket head bolts, nuts and washers.

• Drill a hole large enough to run the display connector down through the doghouse lid. (approximately 7/8).

• Add the 5/8 grommet around the display connecting harness and install into the opening of the doghouse.

• Connect the display connector and verify all cameras work properly.

• If all is good secure the doghouse cover back in place.
