Gyoza PM Mechanical- Bi weekly

This preventive maintenance (PM) ensures that all Gyoza conveyors are thoroughly inspected and lubricated, with any abnormalities in drive assemblies addressed simultaneously.

    Inspect shuttle conveyor drive sprockets for wear, damage, and alignment. Verify set screws are tight.

    Check the shuttle belt for signs of wear, fraying, or damage.

    Inspect drive rollers for powder dust. Clean if present. Excessive powder dust can effectively increase roller size, causing belt stretch and bearing stress, leading to premature damage or failure. Note that bearings are sealed and should be replaced if they've run out of grease.

    Check bearings for rolling noise or shakiness. Replace sealed bearings if issues are found or if they've lost lubrication

    Inspection of the recycle conveyor belt

    Inspect the recycle belt for signs of wear, fraying, or damage (cut marks). check the center guide track for any damage.

    Check bearings for noise, rust, or dryness. Inspect rollers for dust and wear, and clean. Verify shaft condition. Adjust belt tension carefully to avoid damaging bearings.

    After completing preventive maintenance (PM), run the shuttle belt & recycle belt and verify its alignment. Also ensure equipment is cleaned and sanitized post PM and no housekeeping is completed before leaving site.
