  • Equipment Shutdown

  • Isolate Energy

  • Lockout Energy

  • Verify Isolation

  • Perform work

  • RESTORE EQUIPMENT TO SERVICE SEQUENCE

  • Clear Work Area

  • Verify Controls

  • Remove Lockout

  • Notify Employees
