AGN-W-ESXi-2 Shut Down Procedure

This procedure provides the controlled shutdown sequence for AGN-W-ESXi-2, covering each VM (servers, ACUs, AD, CPPM-S, file server, proxy backup, Skynopy, testing server) in the required dependency order, with power-off verification and snapshots at each step.
