Propane Forklift Safety Standards

To ensure propane-powered forklifts are operated safely, inspected properly, and maintained in compliance with OSHA 1910.178, 1910.110, 1910.178. Only trained and certified operators may operate propane forklifts. Operators must complete inspection before & after each shift and report defects immediately.

    Pre-Operation Inspection (Before Use)

    Forklift On - Inspection

    Running Inspection

    Post-Operation Inspection (After Use)

    End of Shift Inspection

    Defects or Unsafe Conditions Found?

    Provide Photo of Flagged Issue
