This procedure outlines the steps for monthly maintenance of freezer doors to ensure hygiene, prevent contamination, and optimize performance.

Main Plant [Planta Principal]

Clean off any ice frozen to the main garage freezer door. [Limpie el hielo congelado en la puerta principal del congelador del garaje.]

Clean off any ice frozen onto the main plant freezer man door. [Limpie el hielo congelado en la puerta del congelador de la planta principal.]

RTE

Clean off any ice frozen to the case up room freezer door. [Limpie el hielo congelado en la puerta del congelador de la habitación superior.]

Clean off any ice frozen to the RTE infeed room freezer door. [Limpie el hielo congelado en la puerta del congelador de la sala de alimentación RTE.]

Cleanup [Limpiar]
