Heating System PM & Cleaning Boilers
Set up boiler operation on BMS system
Check & set burners control modules ON & OIL position
Check & clean oil circulating pump & strainers
Check & lubricate water circulating heat pump (check valves)
Check that system supply & return valve are in opening position
Bleed out air on all radiators
Check & open valves to the air handler
Check & run electric duct heater
Turn off A/C @ #50 mechanical elevator room
Turn on Heaters at PGP mechanical room
Drain all outside spigot
Remove window A/C (where applicable)
Take Inventory of Winter Supplies
Conduct preventative maintenance on snow blower & salt spreader
