    All hazardous energy has been isolated using LOTO procedures?

    All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?

    Fill a glass with water and let stand with digital thermometer to get base line temp

    Test the waters temp with the Fluke meter and record temp

    Unit

    Fluke meter should be calibrated yearly by a qualified lab to insure proper operation
