Regular maintenance of a Scirocco machine offers numerous benefits, including increased efficiency, reduced downtime, and cost savings. It also extends the lifespan of the machine, improves product quality, and ensures safety and compliance.
Check all motors for visual wear and operational wear
Inspect all motor cabling for damage or fraying
Inspect all drive belts for wear and tear (replace if necessary)
Inspect bearings (grease as necessary)
Visual inspect all glands and waterproof seals for fraying
Check bearings and pneumatics on film mandrels
Inspect all film rollers and ensure free moving
Visually inspect fin wheel electrical brushes for wear
