Tank 1
Visually inspect tank foundation for signs of leakage, areas of rust, cracks, bulges, or other deterioration, or impairment
Inspect all valves for signs of leakage or deterioration
Inspect inlet and outlet piping and flanges for leakage
Inspect pump(s) for leakage and ensure pumps not in use are shut off
Are all transfer and loading valves shut?
Is the catwalk in the correct storage position?
if the answer is "oneOf [No]"
Is the secondary containment release valve closed? (Only open this valve to release rainwater AFTER performing a visual inspection for oil sheen or contaminents)
