    Listen for running water or hissing sounds.

    Recording Findings

    Mark down any rooms where water is running or leaks are detected.

    Note any additional observations, including flush valve size by measuring inside diameter opening of valve.

    Completion & Reporting

    Schedule necessary repairs based on the inspection results.
