Walls and ceilings are clean and in good condition
Workstation is organized ad clutter-free
Waste containers are appropriately labeled and regularly emptied
Restroom is sanitary
Mezzanine is clean, dry, and free from debris
Yard is clean and free from vegetation
Oily rags and waste adsorbents are properly labeled and stored
Fire extinguishers are clear and accessible
Entrances and exits are clear and accessible
