This procedure can help you prevent accidents in your warehouse, industrial facility, or office environment.

    *** LOTO Confirmation Statement - DO NOT EDIT/REMOVE ***

    All hazardous energy has been isolated using LOTO procedures?

    All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?

    Quarterly Sprinkler Flow and Alarm Test. Verify with ADT alarm was received and note time was received.

    Alarm Time Zone 1

    Alarm Time Zone 2

    Quarterly testing/verification that the fix-mounted Sonic-Air fans and "Big Ass" fans automatically shut off during sprinkler-flow alarm events.
