Remove all covers and pans from the ink assembly and clean the machine thoroughly.

Remove all covers and pans from the ink assembly and clean the machine thoroughly.
Report the condition of operation of the ink pump.

SCORING
Check for any misalignment and report condition
SLOTTING
Check all jiffy plates for excessive wear; Report unnecessary wear by head number.
Check any misalignment of male and female slotting sections and report.
DIE CUTTING
Check the wear of anvils and rotate if necessary.
Check oscillations: ensure the drum is oscillating as intended.
Check die bolts, report any stripped bolt holes with a circle using a black marker.
GLUE SYSTEM
Pump vinegar through the glue system flush the system
FOLDING SECTION
Check the correct operation of the warning lights on control panels.
Report the condition and alignment of all folding rails and belts.
Check the tension of all folding belts and adjust the tension.
Check the condition of the wear and tear of the belts and report.
Check the condition of the springs in the rollers of the belts
DELIVERY UNIT
Check the upper and lower conveyor belts and report the condition.
Check that the warning lights present on the control panels work correctly.
Check the condition of conveyor rollers.
Check the ejector aluminum inserts and the bundle separating feet.
COUNTER EJECTOR
Check belts for wear. Create a work order if needed.
Check condition of all moving parts and create a work order if needed.
BUNDLER
LOAD FORMER
Check for any oil leaks. Clean up and create a work order if needed.
