Inspect door drive system
Is chain sufficiently lubricated and free of dirt?

Clean chain and grease
Check entire piping system for leaks during operation
Re-seal leakages, replace gaskets or leaky parts
Check and sterilize ventilation filter
Dismantle the ventilation filter F305 and inspect it visually for damage and obstructions.

Leak test verification
Select and start 'Leak Test' program. When the vacuum has been reached, the next phases up to aeration phase can be skipped with the <cycle advance> button.
At the beginning of the ventilation phase, clock the time taken for the chamber to be aerated from 100mbar to ambient pressure.
