CAF Checklist

This procedure outlines the pre-job preparation and inspection checklist for Cavitation Air Flotation (CAF) units, including verification of panel condition, tanks, wipers and chains, aerator, LMI and sludge pumps, poly tank, and required spare parts and accessories. This procedure helps ensure the CAF equipment is mechanically sound, chemically compatible, and fully equipped before deployment so it can perform its treatment function safely and reliably in the field.

This procedure helps ensure the CAF equipment is mechanically sound, chemically compatible, and fully equipped before deployment so it can perform its treatment function safely and reliably in the field.

    26 FT Chain belt for the auger

    QTY 12 Wipers Mounting Blocks

    QTY 6 Spare shoulder bolts for the sprockets

    QTY 1 Spare parts for the LMI pumps

    QTY 1 Extra fittings for the Sludge Pump

    *Under normal usage wiper mounting blocks should be replaced every 24 months and inspected after every job to assess the condition of the acetal components.
