DRIVE CHAIN
Check links, tension and lubricate with chain oil note any wear
DRIVE ROLLERS
Check for bearing noises, grease and clean fittings note any wear
IDLE ROLLER
Inspect for bearing noises, grease and clean fittings
THREADED ROD
Inspect and lubricate note any wear
BRASS FOLLOWERS
Inspect and replace if needed note and wear
SPROCKETS/PULLEYS
check for wear and lubricate with chain oil. note and wear
grease all points in reference to attachment on ticket
DRIVE MOTOR
Check for grinding noises, check oil level in gear reducer
CONTROLS AND WIRING
Check controls and wiring,
PEDAL SWITCH
Check wiring
HYDRAULICS TANK
Check fluid level if necessary
HYDRAULIC motor/cyls
Check for leaks,
COUNTER
Check springs, lubricate
ELECTRIC CORDS/PLUGS
Check for wear or damage
