An Apartment Turnover Checklist is a guide to ensure a smooth transition between tenants. It involves a thorough examination of the rental property to ensure it is in good condition and adheres to safety standards.

    Inspection Date

    All belongings from previous resident removed

    Clean/ Paint all walls, ceilings, woodwork and doors

    All walls. woodwork, doors and ceiling are cleaned and painted to Arbors standard

    Nurse Call Test

    test each nurse call pull cord in an apartment and verify that it works, reports to the annunciator panel and reports proper location

    When pulled, the device activates the annunciator panel and alerts staff
