Monthly Epoxy Nut Line Preventive Maintenance
This procedure outlines the monthly maintenance tasks for inspecting and ensuring the proper functioning of various components of the Epoxy Nut Line, including the feeder bowl, vibrators, air lines, feed wheel, drive mechanism, safety guards, electrical panel.
Feeder Bowl Inspection
Inspect the Feeder Bowl for Cracks and vibratory action
Vibrators Check
Check that the Vibrators are working correctly
Air Lines and Regulators Inspection
Inspect the Air lines and regulators for any replacements needed
Feed Wheel and Line Belt Condition
Check the condition of the Feed wheel and Line belt
Recommend replacements if in poor condition
Drive Mechanism and Applicator System Inspection
Inspect the condition of the Drive mechanism for the belt and the Applicator system
Inspect all fasteners (bolts and nuts) for strength
Inspect the Drive tensioning and Integrity
