Quarterly Dock Leveler Maintenance

Check Dock Leveler for Proper Operation

Operate the systems and note for repairs if needed

Raise Leveler Deck Plate and Clean

Raise the leveler deck plate and place the prop rod in position

Clean out debris under the dock plate using a hoe type scraper tool

Remove debris and discard in appropriate container

Ensure no damage to wiring and hoses during cleaning

Visual inspect hoses for fluid leaks at hoses and connections
